Found a somewhat simplified example of creating a basic webpage with Notepad, a tool that all Windows users have on their computer.

If you don't own Dreamweaver or another WYSIWYG editor, then this tutorial is for you.

This is an introduction to HTML using Notepad. While some prefer to use a WYSIWYG editor, Manually editing HTML can be a great benefit if you want to modify your MySpace profile, embed video clips on your blog, etc.
